Who We Are

Neville
Neville has been primarily self-employed since he was 19 years old, and he got into the renovation business after close to 10 years of owning and operating specialty coffee restaurants. It was during the many hours planning, building and renovating these restaurants that he realized he enjoyed that part most. In 2006 he moved across the country to Edmonton to begin renovating full-time. Through constant networking and relationship building, his goal is to make Caruana Interiors and Contracting the premier renovator for all homeowners in the Edmonton region. He leads the team to continuously strive for excellence.

Jessica
Jessica has been with us for over seven years, only taking some time off to become a Mom. She is the friendly voice whenever you call into the office to book an in-home estimate, and she is always willing to help out. In her role as “Office Manager” she is instrumental in keeping the office running smoothly and keeping us all in line. She takes care of all the paperwork from invoicing to safety documentation. When she is not hard at work, she loves spending time with her family, which includes her two children, pets, and an undying love of Oilers.

Graham
As one of our very first employees, Graham has been with us for over eight years and has become a key member on the team. He spent a lot of time on tools in the earlier years and steadily grown in several roles. He is currently our “Sales Manager” and you will see him at all of our in-home estimates. Once a project starts, Graham works with Carl and Calvin to organize the materials, sub-contractors and our other employees to get the job done. Happy customers and high-quality work are his top priorities. In his free time, Graham plays drums and has travelled the world, touring as a professional musician.

Calvin
Calvin has been with us for more than five years, and in that time has proven himself to be focussed on customer service and having a keen eye for detail. He has gained recognition as our “finisher” on projects, taking care of all those little details. Recently taking on the “Materials and Customer Communications” role, he is typically the main customer contact once a project has started, and makes sure materials are selected and on site when needed.

Carl
Carl has extensive experience in many types of renovations, with over 30 years in the industry. He has done everything from bathrooms and basements, all the way up to building homes in the northern reaches of Canada. He brings his organization, determination, and wide range of skills to our team. As our “Production Manager” he is instrumental in projects starting and finishing on time, and arranging all of our trusted tradespeople.
