What to expect

Our mission to complete your full house renovation begins with a single goal: to exceed our customers’ expectations. Caruana Interiors and Contracting maintains a process that both educates and communicates all renovation details. This open communication enables you to feel confident that your home is in good hands.

Step 1

When reaching out to Caruana Interiors and Contracting, you’ll identify the type of project you’re looking to have completed. You can get in touch by phone (780) 935-5831, or by sending us an email. We’ll contact you by phone to gather additional details and get your project moving!

Step 2

Our in-home estimate is used to determine the scope of work. Lasting approximately 1 hour, we’ll determine your budget, unique needs, and personal tastes. While we take detailed notes and measurements, you’ll be able to ask any questions you may have.

Step 3

You’ll receive your proposal within 10 business days. This will outline general costs and timelines to complete your home renovation project.

Step 4

After receiving your financial commitment to proceed, we work with an interior designer or architect to develop the design and create detailed drawings for your home renovation.

Step 5

We’ll meet to discuss fixtures, surfaces, and finishes in greater detail. You will have an opportunity to speak with our interior designer to discuss and clarify these considerations.

Step 6

After making your design selections, we will prepare a final, detailed project budget and formal contract for your review and approval. This contract will include scope of work, payment schedule and estimated budget.

Step 7

Caruana Interiors and Contracting will apply for all necessary permits and approvals. We will also pre-order the required materials, such as tile, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.

Step 8

Upon the arrival of the materials on-site, the renovation construction begins!

Step 9

Our Client Concierge keeps you up to date on the pace, schedule, and next steps throughout the project, all the way through to completion.

Neville has been primarily self-employed since he was 19 years old, and he got into the renovation business after close to 10 years of owning and operating specialty coffee restaurants. It was during the many hours planning, building and renovating these restaurants that he realized he enjoyed that part most.

In 2006 he moved across the country to Edmonton to begin renovating full-time. Through constant networking and relationship building, his goal is to make Caruana Interiors and Contracting the premier renovator for all homeowners in the Edmonton region. He leads the team to continuously strive for excellence, while allowing the team to set their own goals and vision for the company.


Office Manager
Jessica has been with us for over nine years, only taking some time off to become a mom. She is the friendly voice whenever you call into the office to book an in-home estimate, and she is always willing to help out.

In her role as “Office Manager” she is instrumental in keeping the office running smoothly and keeping us all in line. She takes care of all the paperwork from invoicing to safety documentation. When she is not hard at work, she loves spending time with her family, which includes her two children, pets, and an undying love of the Oilers.

Calvin has been with us for more than seven years, and in that time has proven himself to be focused on customer service and having a keen eye for detail. He has gained recognition as our “finisher” on projects, taking care of all those little details.

Carl has extensive experience in many types of renovations, with over 30 years in the industry. He has done everything from bathrooms and basements, all the way up to building homes in the northern reaches of Canada.
